The Currie Cup may have been decided in January, but Rate my Braai’s Curry Cup was only decided mid-way through February … on Valentine’s Day to be specific!

To enter, all you had to do was post a pic of your braai on Twitter sometime between Friday and midnight on Sunday with the tag #ratemybraai in the text. To be eligible for the prize, you needed to be following us on Twitter – @ratemybraai.

Braai pics we had in their droves (loving that), but as has become customary, not a lot of the submissions followed the brief, making it pretty simple for us to award the Rate my Braai Valentines Weekend Curry Cup to Daniel Haswell (@Dan_Hazz) for this magnificent lamb curry potjie:

• Only South Africa-based users are eligible for prizes
• To be eligible for prizes, winners need to be following @ratemybraai on Twitter
• In the event of a tie, a winner will be picked via digital randomizer
